Cosmetic Purpose: Our products, including the Matcha Green Tea Sheet Mask, are formulated for cosmetic and external skincare use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Product Descriptions & Visuals: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
Modifications & Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior liability.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or reject any order placed with us (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, billing errors, or inventory shortages).
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our Shopify checkout partners (including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases made at our store.
Order Changes & Cancellation: Because orders enter our fulfillment system immediately after placement, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guaranteed. ASA Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, postal strikes, or customs clearance procedures.
International Orders (Outside the UK): Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees that may apply in their destination country.
5. Returns, Refunds & Statutory Rights
Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.
Hygiene Exception: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day statutory right of cancellation does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Opened or unsealed sheet mask packages cannot be returned.
Faulty Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours at asaritauls@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
